PHILADELPHIA – Superintendent Dr. William Hite today joined with School District officials and GreatPhillySchools.org to welcome the 2017 Philly High School Fair to the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
The Fair makes finding the right high school easier by providing parents and students an opportunity to connect with more than 100 district, private, charter and Catholic high schools from across the city. Students can meet directly with high school representatives, admissions teams and current students to get a first-hand look at school culture, academic focus, extracurricular activities and more. All attendees will also receive copies of the GreatPhillySchools.org High School Guide, which contains application forms and instructions for applying to district, charter, private and Catholic high schools.
The Philly High School Fair will be held Friday, September 15 (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and Saturday, September 16 (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Hall B, which uses the entrance at 12th and Arch Streets.
