Theresa Spencer joined Bellevue Communications Group as an Account Executive in June 2022. She has worked with TD Bank, N.A. as a Marketing Manager and, most recently, the American Heart Association as Communications Director. She was responsible for employee engagement and building long-standing partnerships with media outlets, non-profits, and community-based organizations, where she played a critical role in optimizing community engagement and achieving fundraising goals.

Theresa has over 12 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She is an award-winning writer and communications strategist offering innovative solutions to maximize brand identity, engagement, and social impact through strategic planning. She is the 2022 recipient of the Lenfest Next Generation Award.

Theresa serves on the board of directors of Philadelphia City Rowing, the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists, and FringeArts. During her time on the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists board, she has received the President's award for increasing membership engagement by 80%.

Theresa graduated with her master's in Strategic and Global Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
