Kevin A. Feeley, President 

Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in journalism, law and government specializing in issue management, crisis communications, and press relations. From 1992 to 2000, Kevin served as Deputy Mayor for Communications for Mayor Edward G. Rendell. In that capacity, he helped to shape press coverage for the Rendell Administration, serving as the Mayor's spokesman and developing working relationships with reporters and editors at every major media outlet in the Philadelphia region. In addition, Kevin worked on the front lines of municipal government, spearheading the Administration's efforts on issues and projects in a wide variety of areas, including housing, environmental safety, Internet access, and graffiti removal.

Prior to serving in the Rendell Administration, Kevin practiced law in Philadelphia at Drinker Biddle & Reath, and at Clark Ladner Fortenbaugh & Young. Before that, he worked as a journalist in the Greater Philadelphia region, including stints at The News-Journal in Wilmington, Delaware, and The Philadelphia Journal. In addition, Kevin served as a freelance correspondent for USA Today, Gannett News Service, and Newsweek.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Law School.

Susan Buehler, Vice-President 

Susan is a veteran journalist with outstanding news judgment honed by more than 17 years of experience in television news, having worked as a reporter, editor, and producer at stations in Philadelphia, Des Moines, and Sioux Falls. Most recently, she spent eight years at Fox News-TV 29 in Philadelphia, serving as a planning editor and reporter for the Fox Ten O'Clock News. During her tenure, she produced and reported on a wide range of local and regional news stories, and won several local and regional journalism awards. As a planning editor, she was responsible for making editorial decisions and planning daily news coverage. Susan began her career at KDLT-TV in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as a weekend anchor and reporter. From there, she became the morning and midday anchor and reporter for WOI-TV in Des Moines, Iowa. Susan also has valuable public relations experience, having served as a spokesperson for PECO Energy in Philadelphia from 1991 to 1993.

A native of Bucks County, Susan is a four-time Emmy award nominee for outstanding general reporting and breaking news stories. In 2001, Susan won an Emmy for extended coverage of a breaking news story.She serves on the board of the National Television Academy in Philadelphia and is active in the Philadelphia Public Relations Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.


Wanda Motley Odom, Senior Account Executive 

Wanda brings to the Bellevue Communications Group exceptional news credentials and impeccable editorial skills after a dozen years as a print journalist in Philadelphia and Atlanta.She has worked as both a reporter and copy editor for the Philadelphia Inquirer, one of the top newspapers in the country, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Wanda spent the bulk of her career at the Inquirer, where she developed expertise as a beat reporter covering government and politics, from suburban zoning boards and township commissions to the three branches of Pennsylvania state government and Philadelphia's City Council. She covered numerous major news stories, including the fatal plane crash of U.S. Senator John Heinz, the emergency heart-lung transplant surgery of the late Gov. Robert P. Casey, health-care and welfare issues, land-usage debates, and other high-profile governmental issues in the suburbs, the city of Philadelphia and the state. In her early years at the Inquirer, she worked as a copy editor on the newspaper's award-winning national and foreign desks.

A native of Philadelphia, Wanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cornell University.

 

Pete Peterson, Senior Account Executive 

Pete has more than 10 years of public relations and political experience, including five years of firing-line experience on Capitol Hill, where he served as press secretary and spokesman for Congressman Curt Weldon (R-Pennsylvania).  In Washington, DC, Pete worked closely with the national and international press on issues relating to national security, foreign relations, technology, the environment, and other high-profile topics.

Pete was also responsible for working with the media on day-to-day news coverage, researching and developing statements on a variety of issues including education, healthcare, and regional economic development. On Capitol Hill, Pete gained legislative experience, serving as the Congressman's aide on federal telecommunications policy.

He has worked with the producers, hosts, and investigative reporters of the nation's leading news programs, public affairs shows, and news publications. In addition, Pete has written op-eds, columns, and in-depth feature articles that have been published in national newspapers and magazines, including USA Today,The Los Angeles Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Washington Times, Insight Magazine, and USA Today Magazine.

Pete holds dual degrees in communications and political science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Durantine, Senior Account Executive

Pete has more than two decades of experience as a journalist, last serving as a reporter and co-editor for Capitolwire.com, the first online news service in Pennsylvania providing coverage on government and politics. He helped to start and design the editorial content of this service, which has since become a model for state government and political reporting.

Before that, he was a statehouse reporter for the Associated Press in Harrisburg. Pete also has worked for a variety of newspapers during his 25-year journalism career, including the York Daily Record, the Washington Business Journal, the Times-Crescent/Calvert Independent in Maryland, and Roll Call in Washington D.C.

A native of the Maryland suburbs of Washington, Pete has done freelance writing for a number of publications, including Stateline.org, Harrisburg Magazine, Susquehanna Life Magazine, Central PA Magazine, Philadelphia Daily News, Wilmington News Journal, Harrisburg Patriot-News. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland and participated in the United States Army War College National Security Seminar in June 2005.


Kim Maialetti, Account Executive 

Kim brings to Bellevue Communications Group an extensive background in journalism, public relations and politics. She served as a deputy press secretary for former New Jersey Governor Richard J. Codey. In that capacity, she helped shape the message for several of the Governor’s major initiatives including supporting stem cell research and reforming the state’s mental health system.

Prior to joining the Codey administration, Kim served as a deputy press secretary for former New Jersey Governor James E. McGreevey.  She also has experience working as the events coordinator on the Corzine for Governor campaign. In addition, Kim worked in the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, where she helped develop and promote New Jersey’s statewide school nutrition policy, the most comprehensive in the nation.

A former award-winning journalist, Kim spent the first half of her career reporting and writing for daily newspapers, including the Courier-Post in Cherry Hill, N.J. While at the Courier-Post, Kim covered a variety of state and local issues and also wrote a regular feature column focused on South Jersey.

 Kim earned a bachelor of arts degree from Cabrini College, where she majored in English and communications. A native of Bucks County, Kim currently lives in Philadelphia.

Andy Gotlieb, Account Executive 

Andy brings more than 20 years of journalism and public relations background.  Prior to joining Bellevue Communications Group, Andy spent two years working with financial services clients across the country, arranging high-profile media coverage and assisting in the leveraging of that coverage.  He also wrote bylined articles, press releases and marketing materials on behalf of his clients.

Andy has more than 17 years of experience as a newspaper reporter. From 2000 to 2005, he served as the finance reporter as the Philadelphia Business Journal where he wrote a weekly column. Later, he worked as the special reports editor, responsible for the newspaper’s themed sections.  He also served as a copy editor and supervised freelance writers. Andy also spent seven years at the Tampa Tribune, covering businesses, government, crime and the environment; three years at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette; and two years at the St. Joseph (Mo.) News-Press.

A native of Delaware County, Andy holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and sociology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Arts degree in journalism from the University of South Florida.
