Theresa Spencer Hired as Account Executive at Bellevue Communications Group

Theresa SpencerPHILADELPHIA– Bellevue Communications Group announced that Theresa Spencer has been hired as an Account Executive, effective immediately. In her new role with the company, Spencer will support a number of the firm’s major accounts while assuming direct control of several other client projects as well.

Theresa has over 12 years of experience in marketing and public relations and is an award-winning writer and communications strategist. Prior to joining Bellevue’s team, she served as Communications Director for the American Heart Association. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for building partnerships with media outlets, foundations, companies, non-profits, and community-based organizations, where she plays a critical role in optimizing community engagement and achieving goals.

Spencer has an award-winning track record of offering innovative solutions to maximize brand identity, engagement, and social impact through strategic planning. She is also the 2022 recipient of the Lenfest Next Generation Award.

Spencer serves on the board of directors of Philadelphia City Rowing, the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists, and Fringe Arts. During her time on the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists board, she has received the President’s award for increased membership engagement by 80%.

She graduated with her master’s in Strategic and Global Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
